With the increased use of GMS across the Game, the RFU have put in place additional support measures, as per previous seasons to support ‘peak season’ and to deliver an improved level of Technical Support, during such time.

The phoneline will be open Fridays 5pm to 7pm, Saturdays and Sundays 12pm – 7pm on 020 8831 7764

The GMS service desk number above is to be used by Club Administrators and Match Card Administrators for any match day queries, such as:

• EMC (Electronic Match Card)
• Match day selection for the teams
• Adult Registration (something is preventing the player from being selected for the match)
• Competition issues and submitting the match card.

The phoneline is not for general use. It is only for the above purposes.
